Pickled Okra with Shrimp Salad

Ingredients and Instructions
- 1 1/2 lb. cooked shrimp
- 1/2 – 1 cup sliced pickled okra
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 3 Tbsp. minced red onion
- 3 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 3 large avocados diced
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts
- Cherry tomatoes quartered
- Garlic powder to taste
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/8 tsp salt
Mix together and top with chopped fresh parsley
